I had a great experience dining gluten free on my Carnival cruise. The staff was attentive and made sure my meals were prepared safely, so I could enjoy every dish without worry.
For brunch, I tried Huevos Rancheros, which was clearly marked gluten free and perfectly cooked. It was a flavorful way to start the day and gave me plenty of energy for exploring the ship.
During dinner, my favorite gluten free options in the Main Dining Room were the Jerk Spiced Pork Chop and Ceviche Crudo. Both dishes were full of flavor and cooked to perfection, making them stand out as my top picks for an evening meal onboard.
At the Lido Marketplace, I sampled many gluten free choices, and one highlight was the Elderflower Vanilla Sponge Cake. The buffet clearly marked which dishes were gluten free, making it easy to choose meals without any stress.
